Embracing technology. In light of exercising safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic, I am offering psychotherapy through a telehealth platform, both out of necessity, as well as a more adaptable outlet to facilitate with ongoing self-care in each of our mental health.

Telepsychology has become a necessary and valuable means of providing therapy today, especially in light of shelter-in-place orders that began with the Coronavirus pandemic. In turn, my practice has pivoted to adapt with current circumstances, in order to ensure the accessibility and support of mental health services for existing as well as new potential patients.
