Telehealth Services
Telehealth is an umbrella term that encompasses a range of remote care options, such as secure video conferencing, telephone sessions, remote monitoring, store-and-forward communication, and the use of clinical apps. Telehealth services are thoughtfully tailored in collaboration with each patient, taking into account clinical needs, scheduling, and therapeutic goals.
Determining the appropriate frequency, duration, and modality of sessions is a joint effort when considering what is most supportive for the overall treatment process.
I currently offer video and phone sessions using HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure privacy, confidentiality, and the highest standard of care.
**Telehealth services are conducted on a HIPAA-compliant platform. Please use a computer or device that has a browser (Google Chrome or Safari) with a good internet connection and webcam. There may be issues with connectivity (video/audio) depending on the volume maintained by the host at certain times of the day.​
I began offering telehealth psychotherapy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure continuity of care during a time of widespread uncertainty. What began as a way to support mental health while prioritizing safety has since become a flexible and effective option for many patients navigating busy schedules, family responsibilities, or health concerns.

While telehealth is available as a standalone option, I also offer flexibility for established patients who may wish to transition between in-person and remote sessions based on changing needs or circumstances. Additionally, I offer telehealth parent consultations, particularly for working parents or families balancing complex schedules around their children's care.
